SP WAW - my propose

I have few conceptions about SPWAW

1)Possible to generate battle and set the rule where computer buy for example 80% and player 20% units

2)Possible to buy experienced units but expensive (and computer buys sometimes these units)

3)Computer buys from ALL units. Not only main batle tanks, main infantry units, and main artillery units.
Computer should sometimes (chance 15%) other formations like ammo dump, commandos, minefield in advance mode, parachute units, and many other units
of course this sort of units should be maximum 30% of units

IMHO It's a good idea for generate random PBEM or internet games.
