Extended Download Doesn't Work

Hi,

I purchased Extended Download Service for GGWBTS, but when I go to attempt a re-download, i cannot access the download page. I tried using my order number and password, as well as e-mail address and last 5 credit card numbers. Neither approach has worked. I had a hard drive failure and need to re-download the game. I can't even post a question in the Support section. I get an error when I try that.

The error message I get when trying to go to the download page suggests setting my browser to accept cookies. I did that but i get the same message. I'm getting frustrated. I've spent way more time than I should have had to in order to exercise my Extended Download Service.

Please help.

Thank you for your help with my download problem. The Matrix Store Support contacted me with a link to use to download. It worked perfectly. I really appreciate your timely help. It's great to have Matrix Games around. Your games are great and support is very good. Thanks from a long time wargames.
