Armed planes with inbound strike

Post by jackcoostow »

Just wondering, I had a game where I was rearming my planes in order to send a 2nd strike at a IJN carrier group. I received a message that there was an inbound strike so I tried to get my strike off before the enemy planes arrived. I ended up by having planes on deck and lost both my carriers.

What should I do in such a situation?

Resign from game and start a new one....lol. You might be able to hit the strike recall button. But there might be nothing you can do since you are caught with your pants down.

If you have a strike inbound already, you'll never get it off in time.  Receive the bad guys, and hopefully you'll be able to launch after they're done dropping.
