amphibious landing/ transport wont move

i cant get transports to move to other sea zones.... they just stay in the same port... i click to move them... the green line comes up with the right area but they dont go any where???????????????

choose fleet
hit move fleet
select sea zone

that does nt work..... now when i try to unload a unit from transport... game crashes to desktop

@prinzeugen, are you able to provide me a savegame or maybe you could describe what you have done step by step (where you've been trying to unload your unit).
