Hi when i try to pay this game,and this is the messege that i receive:

We're Sorry.

We're having a problem processing your order.

Please contact Customer Service.

(Error Number: 30024003 - 0)

This is very hard for me, because i like very much matrix games but i cannot buy from them. I send this message to custumer support but i didnt receive any response. I have a visa electron card, but i dont think that this is the problem...thanks

I too bought the game this morning yet under Serial# it said NONE and the download link would not work.
