All finished and sent to other side.

Combat results were impossible to replicate exactly, including use of APs which has affected the subsequent movement of at least 1 unit. I've tried to replicate all the unit settings, SF transfers, production etc, so it shouln't be too far from what the Front commanders did. I've written down the password too, and it will be passed to other Fronts shortly.

Sorry for all the pain in the neck and delay.

@ Mehring: Turn is not ended. Please end turn and save with PW.

I have closed the game as soon as I noticed that I could see all Russian units. So, I did not get much information that was not for my eyes. [8D]

Can anything else go wrong for us?

You can end the turn for us, thanks, [;)] our password isn't needed for that. Or how about I send you our password anyway?[:D]

The setting of this game only makes sense if noone has any interest to cheat. So, I hope anyone participating in this game will give his OK that I end the turn and set a PW that I send to Mehring.

I will do the turn of German side AGC now (14:00 GMT+1) and post here when I send it to AGN and AGS.

Edit:
Turn 1 of Russia ended. No PW had to be set. So I think there is a PW-activation already with a PW that Mehring has set. I send him the file to check.
Turn 2 of AG Center is done and file send to JayDoubleyou and Barthheart.

I'm afraid we do have a problem. My password, which I wrote down this time, will still not open the game. Looks like we have a bug after all.

Ok, so just a suggestion before we redo everything:
Could you please end the turn and send it to me. I will open it, which means, it should then correctly open on german side. I will move only one unit and end the turn, send it back to you and you can check, whether it works. Maybe it was wrong, that I ended the turn (although I do not yet see, why this should have caused the problem).

Posted in the tech support thread, again the file won't open, not even the test file Firefly sent which opened before.

I just re-downloaded Firefly's test file and it opens with the password. The one I tried to open earlier, thinking it to be this, in fact was another file.

That leaves us with two possibilities as I see it.

1. The file gets corrupted somewhere along the line in German turn 2
2. Turn 2 has been re-done on the wrong game file.

Well I'm not pointing any finger 'cos I goofed too, but it was option 2 above and thanks to Vic I now have the original password. That being the case, we might as well go from turn 2 version 1.

Anyone got the original end german t2 file? I deleted mine. If you can send me one- anyone- in the next hour or so I'll use it, otherwise I'll crack on with the 2nd version.

Mmm, well with any luck nothing more major can go wrong. I'll crack on with our t2 and we'll see.

Just two hour ago I deleted the older files.

But I think I should have the mail I send in the mail box. Have already found the file that Barthheart had send when he had finished turn 2 of AGS. So, there is some hope that turn 2 of OKW is still somewhere on my comp.

Edit: I found the file of our first run in the delete-folder and restored it. I was the last one to do moves of OKW-turn2, therefore it is the file of completing the turn. Just renamed it and send it to Mehring and JayDoubleyou.

2nd edit: Sorry, guys, I made a mistake. I should not close the turn. All AGs have moved their units but OKW has to do production orders and do unit transfers. As the file restored from delete-folder is the open turn, I have now send it to JayDoubleyou. So, Mehring, please ignore the file of restored turn2 and wait for JW to finish the turn and send it to you.

... getting confused ...
