Well, Not Bad

couple of little tips for ya' Bro (just to help you out)

they could all use a little extra texture
and when using black - dont use full 0,0,0, Black
go for around 32,32,32 black, that way you dont loose the texture

On the whole though, well done
nice to see someone else actually having a go and releasing what they make

The "Pirates" color scheme is actually based on the the team colors from Aston Villa F.C. But afaik Aston & West Ham are using the same color scheme.
As for the other teams:
Vulcans home jersey is based on FC Barcelonas jerseys. Originally i was inspired by the jerseys from Blackburn Rovers, but they use other colors, that doesn´t fit with the logo.
Huskies is based on a very old Chicago Blackhawks scheme.
And the Firebirds are based on a late 1920s Boston Bruins jersey. (but heavily modified)
