3% would do it, if I remember correctly the elimination point for an isolated HQ is 5%

Did Britain receive less food than it required that turn? What month/year was this?

On the America thing, I could allow America to send material to other nations such as Russia but the Barents Sea and Trans-Siberian RR are bottlenecks. A low limit on such transfers is one possibility. And of course I'll have to add the capability for the US to transfer to Germany and Austria just in case the TE declares war on her.

The Baltic route works for America.  And I see now the Black sea route works for france and Italy.
But there is definitely something screwy about the supply net in Britain itself.  Supply diminshes with distance from London.
Alexandria is at 80%.

On #5, anything ordered to be transferred that doesn't actually get transferred during the forthcoming turn will show up back in your stocks the following turn.

Don't think so. I sent all food from Britain to Russia on Aug 1914. And sent out no shipping. As of Nov-Dec 1914 that food has not
reappeared.
Not trying to give you a hard time FH. Just reporting what I see.

Thanks Naskra, sending out all your food would explain why you have a supply collapse happening in Britain. As for why the food didn't come back when unable to be transferred to Russia I can't figure out. The way its supposed to work is, for example, Aug 1914, Britain orders 10 food to be sent to Russia. Starts turn. At the end of the the naval phase the available shipping is figured for each sea area. After the 4 impulses of the turn all transfers are now checked to see if they did take place, if they didn't that stuff should return to its origin point and then all new food and RM's and Industrial points are figured. Then comes the new Sept-Oct Strategic Phase where all that should show up on your national status screen.

As for "giving me a hard time", its a test release as it says in the title bar. I expected bugs with all the changes and the faster they appear the faster I can fix them. Thank you!

I see now.  The food does return on the following turn, it shows up as "consumed".

I did not realize the supply net reflected general famine, I thought it was only terrain and connectedness that
mattered.  Wiser now, thankyou.

Ah, so since Britain does not have a food surplus the food that was transferred to Russia was immediately consumed when that failed. And the consumption must have been short of what was required which is why the supply value of your cities and surrounding terrain declined.

So is Britain transferring supplies to Russia on August 1914 via the Black Sea?

Yes, Lascar, if Germany does nothing to stop it.

Minor issue:  In the activation phase, the TE gets athe "Are you sure?" message, the CP does not.

Another issue (old):  Map errata

1) The turkish hexes 31,41 and 32,42 are sea hexes when scrolled over
2) The label "Pskov" and its identifying dot are two hexes apart.

I am not aware whether this is a bug with 1.25 or always have been in effect but violation of stacking limits in America due to newly arriving units results in overstacking and elimination of the units to arrive if units are not being transported away........

Its probably just the same code in effect checking for overstacking all around the map but it seems silly that there is not enough space in America [:D]

Then again its a tribute to Lascars last "march of the Ents" with his German navy wristing away Entente control of the North Atlantic in summer of 17' [:D]

Since Turkey is neutral at that point that should be allowed. I must say I never thought of doing that myself. It is a clever way to get some food to Russia before they become isolated. I am assuming then that after August 1914 Britain is unable to send any food to Russia, at least until they capture Gallipoli and Constantinople.

There is a map mod made by a player that correctly positions the city graphics for Pskov and also adds them for Ostende and Florence.

And ... .csp files no longer load.
csp
I also confirm that the setup (csp files) do not load. Also, that Industrial point transfers do not show up in the target country's screen in the turn of the transfer like they did previously. I don't know if this is a bug or a design change.

Lascar, the transfers show up in the target country on the next turn.  It is a design change.

Frank,

How do you attach a saved game file? I can never tell wether it's that @!#$ Vista or a legit bug. When I go into a saved game, no units are visible. They're visible on the zoom out map but not on the regular map. Afraid I'm going to have to go back to 1.24. Darn - I liked the new out of supply rules where before entire corps could last for years.

BK6583, that's right, when you load a saved PBEM game the units remain hidden until you exit the phase your opponent ended off at. Then units should appear. If this isn't a saved game and is instead just a regular you versus the computer and the phase you're in is one of yours (such as you're the CP and its the CP Activation Phase) then if your units are not appearing its a bug.
