Coast Watcher

My Coast Watcher are not reporting. They stopped in the middle of the Beta and the problem did not go away when I installed the new game with patch. Just one question. Is everyone else getting Coast Watcher reports?

Hi

I dont recall seeing any Coast Watchers for the last weeks or so when I think about it. Only been playing PBEM though. Another problem I have faced since the patches is that I dont hear my units march on the roads anymore. Strange.

I'm using 1.11 against the AI and my coastwatchers have been very active.

I'm playing PBEM games maybe that is where the problem is. Anyone else?

I have noticed this as well and I believe that coast watcher reporting only works when playing against the AI. When playing HtoH or PBEM it appears that this information is no longer displayed and my guess is that this info is being supressed unintentionally as a consequence of tightening up the combat replay reporting that occurred between v 1.00 and v 1.10.

Anyway I miss it as it is a very useful tool for the Allies and would like to see it restored.

I'm having the same problems in PBEM. Does anybody known if this is on the fix list for the next patch. When will the next patch be?(2 weeks, 2 months?)

It was reported during the Beta testing but only by me. Now that there is more data and its been narrowed down to PBEM games I sure hope Matrix will act on it.

I can confirm that coast watchers are not reporting in PBEM games. My opponent has not had a single report after about 15 days of the MO scenario we're playing. I've had numerous ships in the Slot that he should have seen. Hopefully this can be fixed as part of the 1.20 PBEM patch.

Works OK vs AI. Sounds like H2H and PBEM related.
