NO SERIAL NUMBER ON DOWNLOAD

I bought the download version of WbtS but couldn’t load the game because no serial number was supplied (see copy of order below).

At first I thought the serial number would be included with the CD version of the game which arrived today but no such luck.

Anything you can do to help will be much appreciated. I have e-mailed support but have not received any response.

I had the same problem some time ago. Go to the order section
http://www.digitalriver.com/dr/sat5/ec_ ... d=50505#q1
and enter your order number. IIRC the serial number showed up there.

There was a problem with the store over that weekend, as I recall, and a few orders were similarly affected.

Try going to www.findmyorder.com with your order info and and see if you can retrieve a serial number there. If that doesn't work, we can assign a new one to you manually.
