reappearing TF's

anyone see this before....

at Lugna, I disbanded my AP's as the US fleet was lurking about. Checked the port to see what was there, and then pulled my CAP down to provide more escorts. Then, in the combat phase the Transport TF is there in the hex and of course gets hammered. Granted, I have lots of AP's, but this is amazing.
