Version number?

This revised and updated turn-based grand strategy game from the team at AGEOD brings players back to World War I, including both the Eastern and Western fronts and over 4 campaigns and 10 scenarios. Version number?

I downloaded and applied the 1.04 patch but in game still reads 1.03.
Should this change?
If it should then I have a problem.
I'm running 32bit Vista and I make sure I
have admin. rights.

Take a look at the Ageod Forum, there you can read a solution.
 
(Try to patch and run as administrator, or turn of UAC temporarily as a workaround. But really take a look at this thread for more info on the related "Vista UAC virtual store madness".)
