City Out of Supply Bug

Haven't seen this mentioned.

Almost everytime a garrisoned city is captured then recaptured the last city gives the message i.e. Lille is out of supply. Do you wish to continue? despite the fact it is in supply and garrisoned. This will continue indefinately (or I get tired of seeing it and pick up the garrison) until the next city is taken & retaken. I've seen no sign any attrition taking place, so just the message appears to be the problem.

Isn't this the same as Mantis 327? That's listed as fixed in 1.05.

Very well could be a second scenario for 327. I will update accordingly after the fix...
