A micro micro update

Since we keep ship class files identical in all scenarios - all class files were changed.

But only EEO and EBO are affected - in re two CLs - in minor ways.

Hirado and Myiako were reclassified as CLAA in these scenarios - they are CL in BBO and RPO -
and do not appear in other scenarios. Some details of armament was changed in hope of being more historical - these never built ships were designed - but even Japanese Cruisers of the Second World War has little to say about them - so reconstructing the design is a long term ongoing project.

Essentially they are lengthened, symmetrical Agano CL hulls with four vice three main battery turrets. The CL version uses the SP guns of the Agano - it is just a four turret variation of the design. The CLAA version substitutes DP main guns. The secondaries are arranged as on Oyodo - doubled in number and increased from 3 inch to 4 inch caliber.

This is not important - just cleaning up little things - and folding in for new game starts.

The version number is 7.9542 - but I don't even issue comment files with that many digits - so just class and ship files are attached.
