Turn-based = WEGO?

This revised and updated turn-based grand strategy game from the team at AGEOD brings players back to World War I, including both the Eastern and Western fronts and over 4 campaigns and 10 scenarios. As either a member of the Central Powers, the Entente or a neutral nation, players will confront the epic gauntlet of military and political challenges that faced the likes of Kitchener, Joffre, Luddendorf, Clemenceau, Czar Nicholas II or Enver Pasha.

Turn-based = WEGO?

Post by decaro »

I hear there are a lot of issues w/this new release, but I'm sure AGEOD will address all of them promptly as it always has for it's previous releases.

My current concern is that WWO is listed as turn-based, but is that IGOUGO or the WEGO system that AGEOD has used in the past?

Thanks in advance,

At this time it is strictly a WEGO with simultaneous orders, but will only advance when all players have clicked on the "next", or ''engage' buttons.
There is a turn based game option, but under the current condition of the game, it is not usable-it causes CTD.

I've got BoA and AACW and assumed it was a WEGO, but I couldn't find that anywhere in the game description.

Again tnx, but what is CTD? It sounds serious.

Yep Joe, it is serious. Errors to the right of us, errors to the left of us, errors to the front of us, as we boldly charge into the digital mud (with key boards and mouse in hand). Its a big game and takes a while to reload.

The game stability is improving rapidly. To save yourself some headache, you might want to wait until patch 104c is released. That one should make the game stable. It could be available in a few days. As far as I know, the strictly turn based mode will still be a problem.

I have seen several references to a "big patch" in December. I think Ageod will come through with a stable game very soon-they are making good progress already.

At this time, there are still players that cannot advance one full turn due to bugs-so, beware.
