Post by Nomada_Firefox »

It is the small question, how many turns has it? I´m crazy or it was made for one turn. [&:]

It was a little surprise.

If you make one GC with 4 turns on campaign text, when you save it, Will it have always 4 turns? on special if the campaign text was edited and added on it 2 turns, what happen?

I notice that it's not as easy to change the amount of turns to 4 by just changing the .txt file to 4 turns.
If I do that I get a "Not enough entries in for campaign score on day 0" error message.

I see this in the campaign .txt file but don't really understand how it works.
Would someone care to explain it to me?

# Historical Axis score for each turn of each day, one line per day.
# "Score" is a precentage of victory for the Axis. Allied score = 100 - Axis score.
2,2
5,2
7,7
9,7
11,9
14,11
16,14
18,18
18,18
20,18
23,20
25,23
27,25
30,27
34,32
39,36
45,41
52,48
57,55
61,59
66,61
75,68
82,80
86,84
95,86

Edit:
I'm assuming the #'s in the rows is whats needed to make a GC have 4 turns and if so how does one figure out what the next # should be?

I didnt move on to the 4th turn but im sure it will.
No need for an answer today on what those rows of #'s mean/stand for but when you get the time it would be great.
Thank-You

The # symbol is a line comment.  It is for putting information in the script file.  Any line starting with a # symbol will be ignored by the game engine when executing the script.
C'est magnifique, mais ce n'est pas la guerre.

2%,2%
5%,2%
7%,7%
9%,7%
11%,9%
etc

You see the score representing the  Axis slowly gaining ground throughout the campaign. If the Axix perceives that they are ahead of the historic score they will act more boldly... if it perceives it is behind the historical score it will act more cautiously.  Same for the Allies.  (Day 1 allies score 98,98)

1st,2nd,3rd,4th  turn each day   only 1 number if there is 1 turn   4 if there is 4 turns.  1 row for each day of the campaign

Ummm   OK

I want to try a 25 day GC with 4 turns playing as the Axis and im not sure of how/what #'s I should plugin for each turn.

What  excatly is the score doing?
Is it a score based on the end of the battle?
Or is it based on an overall of the GC?
How do I decide what the score should be?
Are the first row of #'s Axis and the second row Allies?
Does the score have any effect on the battles,or upcomming battles?

I'm totally lost.
