1.04 Diplomancy Bug

Since I down loaded the new patch I can know longer click in an ally country and request money, an attack or anything else. ANy ideas or is the problem in my setup?

The interface was changed on that point. Now there is a button for "talk to AI ally" which allows you to do those things.
