Airpower test observation/question

Post by FM WarB »

Hotseating 1.30 (old): On turn one strat I allocated four airpoints west as CP and four west TE. Vedddy nice of the Brits to lend their air before BEF even gets overseas!
Allies win the 4-4 air battle and get two observation clicks and Germans none. How was this air combat resolved, and in the TE favor?

There was no air combat because neither side starts the game with the capability of shooting down the other. The observation rolls are separate from combat and made based on how many aircraft each side has. In the above example the Entente just got a better roll.

Glad to know that.
