What are we supposed to do with the train schedule note (from the Rail Station)? Do I have to show it to JoJo or someone else?

If you talk to Louis, journal then says it's been traded for rebel location - happens even if it's not in anyone's inventory - but, apparently, you get to keep it anyway. Now, i'd like to know what we're supposed to do with Jojo.
