Air BAse Restrictions?

I tried to find the restrictions for air base sizes in the rule book. Search in PDF found nothing. What is the size restrictions for air bases in regards to twin and four engine bombers to be based and carry normal loads? Do you have to have a size four airbase to have twin engine bombers function properly? Size five to get four engine bombers to function properly?

Manual p.no 164 or 167(AcReader)
"Level bombers require an airfield equal to size 4 + ( bomb load / 6500 ) rounded down. So a B29
requires a size 7 airfield to avoid the penalties."

Others "mostly" require a Lvl2 ... I think we have it correct in Tracker [&:]??
