LV scores and game history

I am new to LV, but finding it to be a great game. I recommend it highly.

I am having trouble with some of the details, though. Is there any way to review your score/battles, and is there any way to know the score during the game so you can tell how close you are to various win levels?

No, there is no in game scoring of a battle in progress, stick to the objectives described in the battle briefing and during the fight you should be able to approximatley be able to figure out how well you are doing before it is completed.

Are you asking if this could be considered to be included in any further updates to SPWAW? If so the answer is no, the SPWAW project is complete there will be no more changes or updates to the game itself, its a done deal. All time and efforts are being focused into Combat Leader.
