If you can accept the following....it's worth it
-No further support, bugs are there to stay
-No onside kick
-No option
-No trades or GM functions/salary stuff
-Requires some tweaking 'out of the box' and user playbooks to be competetive
-Still a bit pricey

I have days where I want to uninstall it and never play again, but I do seem to always press on and enjoy what it does.
I had left this game back in the spring but have come back to try it again. I wonder could these issues be fixed by Modders here? Look what Modders have done to MVP BB 2005! So I am in hopes it can be done here...

And honestly, while I enjoyed all post-TOS shows, I always looked at them as 'someone elses Star Trek'. I'm a TOS zealot, but can accept a new look.

I also think TOS was THE Star Trek. But I'm not so sure about this movie. The Battlestar Galactica reboot was good because it took a great idea with poor execution and made it a great idea with great execution. With TOS, it was great on both counts to start with. So I'm afraid of the 'if it ain't broke' factor here. Sure I'll see it but I'm worried by what I'm seeing now.

@Mrgravyard50: I'm right there with you. I think we all are. [:D]
