I like the new features being added.

I had a suggestion with regards to charts. I'd like to see charts for air losses added if possible.

Yeah, the plan was to graph all of the Victory Point-related items. Maybe in the coming release or the next one...
Delete the trackerdb.* files.
Copy the pwsdll.dll file from the game folder to the WitPTracker folder.
Try running the WitPTracker.bat again.

Just a comment.  I've screwed with this program for months and have never got it to work.

Comment noted, but I'm not sure why you are saying ... If you need help ... then give us some information and we'll deal with your issues... there is no reason why this util can't work.

Details:
What isn't working ?
Do you have java installed ?
What mod are you using ?
Is the property file set correctly?
What files do you have in the Tracker folder ? screen shot or file name...
Can you provide a screen shot of the command prompt screen?

Damian,
I just got John 3rd to install Tracker after 1 1/2 hour phone call. Now he can bother you about his economy. [;)]

Bonjour, [:)]

I like particularly the alert for the end of a minefield.

Something I would like to see is the indication, for each owned base, of the work in progress for Port, airfield and fortifications. Not necessarily the % of progress as I know it might be complex to calculate, but simply if Yes or No some work are in progress.
It would be fine on the Bases main screen.

I would also like to have an history for the leaders to show which units they have been in command of. But only if you have the information in the database today because I think the files sizes are already big enough to not add this type of information. This is not so important. It would be nice for AAR purpose. [;)]
Thanks.

Yeah Floyd and I are working on that, calculations are being made (it is a calculated field) -- possibly in the next build. It is still being tested, and possibly reworked if needed...there is a lot of testing here as the percentages work on the Lvl & potential().

Yeah the DB is getting pretty huge...

I'm not one hundred percent sure that the industry model is working correctly. For instance Ambonia is a 20 res and 50 oil centre yet the res and oil produced columns show zero production. I think this should be 25 and 300 respectively.

I can not get this page to show the whole chart. Any ideas on why?

The chart will not resize for me. I have seen that others can view the entire chart.

I'm working on fixing that somehow ... different resolutions are difficult to adjust for, but I will look into the problem and see if I can find a suitable fix. Last time I tried, it caused problems with resizing ... so I'll get back to you.

Is anyone else finding the text is different after the new Java release ?

Matto ... nope not that but nice try ... [;)]

I think I have finally fixed the Air production problem (histories not showing correctly), sorry for causing the problem and not debugging enough initially. The next release will clear this up.

Cheers to all

Tonight I can try it at some different resolutions to see if one will work. I know it doesn't work at 1920 x 1200

To me it appears that the production box is not resizing to fit the window size. Is there a properties flag that controls that?

Nomad,
I doubt it will show the whole chart at any resolution. What you see on your screen shot will be the same in any different resolution. The problem stems from the panel being fixed to a certain resolution ... if I don't do that then it affects the whole... I'm still learning java gui's(Graphic User Interface - the screen)...

They are easy for many things and then very complicated for others -- but am getting better I hope.[;)]

Anyway, I'll keep plugging along and hopefully I'll sort it sometime.

Nope, it was an example, I have the same problem with any base but i'm playing the Allies in an AI game sen CHS155. I'm also playing a PBEM as Japan and it works fine as I've just checked.

The problem only appears to affect the allies.

Nice catch Chris ...

I've narrowed it down, and will get to work on fixing it ... the data is actually saved in the Base area and if you click on the cells, it actually gives the correct data ... Problem effects 3 panels "Reg Fcty" ,"Reg Ind" & "Oil & Res" only.

So it is only the top screen and seems only to apply to the Allies. Note to self ... more testing as the Allies.[8|]

Thanks again and fixes will be made.

I would also like to point out that there is an inaccuracy in this screen. The Oil and Resource produced items do not include the amount that is shipped in, only what the oil and resource centers produce. This ends up showing a false number of days of either available.

This may be my fault [:o]. I've posted what look like screenshots of the whole chart in my AAR, but in fact it's a cut and paste job of two 'half-charts'.

Tracker continues to be invaluable, particularly since I keep finding new nuggets that I'd not previously noticed. I do, however, have a couple of minor glitches. One is that I'm not seeing any grand totals (ID 250) in the Air Production Overview tab. The other is that one of the child windows opened by clicking a button on the main form correctly presents a drilled-down display of information a few times then ceases to so so. I think it's in LCU history, but will need to check. I assume that the code has to fetch data from the database afresh in order to generate these subordinate displays - could it be that the fetch doesn't working correctly after it is invoked a few times?

Yes, I did this deliberately. Are you talking about Australia or the West Coast? If Australia, then I can see your point and I could include this amt in parenthesis. As for the West Coast, then from the screen shot doesn't show that you are importing any. This works on destination, not home port, if you are using a waypoint...

Damian or Floyd,
Is there any way to add a filter for Air Production that allows selection of a particular nations planes?? Since I'm playing a 2x2 PBEM, it would be nice for me just to select the American planes being produced. It could have choices of All, American, IJN, IJA, CW, Australian, and British.
Thanks!
