Setting Surrender terms error

In a pbm im playing.
My set surrender term screen is bugged.
When i select the screen it says "unable to insert line", when i toggle between France and GB it continues.
The game does not update unit/conq list between GB and French.

So my problem is if i select a peace conditon vs GB. how can i be sure its set for GB and not France ?

I send you my savegame Marshall, since as i say i need to be sure it does not corrupt my game, what if France has to pay for GB surrender now ? Kinda of a gamestopper.

Marshall, if you need, i have backup from GB-land phase prior month, and when i load pbm files, the problem does not occour before we change month.
