Midway

Post by canadaexile »

Can someone please point me in the right direction for information please.
I am trying to set up Midway as an advanced submarine base with AS support.
Midway is currently a size 2 port (nearly size 3 - 60%) over 30k in supplies and fuel.
However it won't let me disband any tf's - why?

Gotta have size three. That is the key.

ok thanks - thought it was two but having just thought about it I must have confused this issue with bombers to operate at an airfield.

Bomber can operate at size 2 - just not very well...

You can have an advance base at 2, but only for refueling and limited resupply... once the base is 3 or more, you can disband TFs there, and your AS (assuming you park one there) will be somewhat protected.

they are correct.  ship in a few CB's and ample fuel/supply and it'll get to a size 3..
