How do you import an excel roster file into the game?

A few of the guys on here have done this I think. I imagine it would involve opening the appropriate table in the league database and pasting it in....but im sure it's more involved than that.

Definately, the info involved would need to be in the same format, that is the excel file layout would need to be made to match the table in the database.
