Leagues with teams from different years

Hi everyone,
I just started playing Puresim yesterday and I am having problems trying to set up a league with teams from different years. I found a thread that said to click on the players button, then select "Import real players" and I should be all set. However I don't seen to be able to find where this option is. Could someone please provide some feedback and point me in the right direction. Thank you.
