LV Update Question

I have applied both update patches v7.1 and v7.2 plus the sound files. However, when I start the program I see that the version is listed as only 7.0.

I have updated the basic SPWAW to 7.1 as well.

From what I can see the updates are manual (as in you just extract the files from the zip archive) so maybe this is "alles in ordinung" but I thought I should check.

A little confused, you mean you applied LV patches 1.1 and 1.2 and sound files. The version number on the MegaCampaign won't change from 7.0. When you start SPWAW what version is displayed in the opening SPWAW screen 7.0 or 7.1. If it's 7.0 you need to apply the 7.1 upgrade, when doing so during the installation path verification you need to remove the space between Matrix Games (MatirxGames) or the patch won't be properly applied and overwrite the necessary files. As for the LV manual patch installations 1.1 and 1.2 need to be extracted into the MatrixGames\SPWAW\MegaCam\Lost Victories directory allowing overwritting of existing files. The LV sound patch gets extracted into the MatrixGames\SPWAW\snd directory again allowing files to be overwritten. I hope this helps clear things up.

That did indeed clear it up. I was a bit worried as the MCLV was still showing 7.0 after I had applied both the LV7.1 and LV7.2 plus sound file updates. But I was not sure if that was normal or not.
