Does SPWAW create error dump

Hi

Does SPWAW create error dump file during crash? I just installed 7.1 and the spwaw just doesn't start. During installation there was an error with the last file. I can' t remember what the file was. I Ignored the error and continued. Now when I try to start the game in any way (from menu program, from Start->Programs->Steel Panthers World At War->Steel Panthers World At War or spwaw.exe) , the program just doesn't start. No error messages, no nothing.

I do have very little disk space left on the installation disk (less than 100MB), maybe this is the problem? Is there any way to tell the program to use other drive as temp?
