PlayerDB missing signature?

Hi all,

I recently installed the demo version of Harpoon 3. The version is 3.9.4. In addition, I downloaded the PlayerDB, but when I configure H3 to use the DB, I get the following notification during the startup process: "Loading Annexes...Database missing signature information or does not match signature, unable to load."

Any ideas? I tried replacing the signature.bin file from the demo database, but that didn't work.

The demo is only configured (hard-wired) to run with the USNI database that comes with it.  You cannot use the PlayersDB or any other DB with the demo. 

It's really a shame since the Tutorials that come with the demo likely suffer from persistent errors such as:

tm.asp?m=1919758&mpage=1&key=&#1919798

Thank you very much for the quick response. I guess the demo should be good enough to get back into the swing of things with Harpoon. I used to play it back in the early 90's when I was in college and I've never fallen out of love with the game. I'll master the game again, and maybe, just maybe, i'll be good enough to challenge a few of you experts out there in a few months.
