Birth of America 2: Wars in America is the much expanded reprise of veteran developer AGEOD’s acclaimed first release, which allows players to command either side of the conflicts before, during and after the American War for Independence between 1636 and 1815. I just downloaded the original BoA, not BoA2. Anyway, the manual in the download does not give the icons for the special abilities of leaders, therefore I do not know what special abilities they have. Can someone help me figure them out?

Hi!
I think that if you open the leader detail panel the special abilities icons will appear there too. In there, pass the mouse over the icons and the tooltip should give you the meaning.
Also the tooltip of the leader on the unit panel should tell you also the name of the abilities he has ( ans lots of info more)
(at least is like this on BoA2 and previous AGEOD games (AACW and NCP).
It has been a lot of time since i last played BoA. Hope i'm not mixing games up [:D]
