Slow Performance during Enemy's turn

After applying the patch, anybody experience super slow game performance during the neutral and enemy's turn? ie. When it's the enemy's turn, it will take >5min to complete the turn.

Actually, I just did. I seem to be running into this at the port during a battle to defend against the Dictator's forces. In fact, I think it may actually be hanging and not just slow. I didn't let it run beyond 10 mins, though.....but it sure seems to be hung during the enemy turn.

If you could get me a save game file that can reproduce this reliably that'd be a great help.

This has happened to me as well.

At the port, during the enemy turn, it appears to have hung about 3/4 the way through the enemy turn. I was able to exit out of the game and it auto-saved.

Exiting the game and resuming the game seems to have no effect.

I will send you the saved game for analysis.
