Serial Number Problem

Now suddenly on startup I get an error message saying 'There is an error with your serial number. Please contact support @ matrixgames.com for assistance'. And I can't play...

See if you can run the game by clicking the .exe from the game folder using Windows Explorer.

If you can then it's not a SN problem and you should do a complete uninstall and re-install.

I bet as far into the game as picking a scenario. When I pick scenario and it d's to play it, I get the serial number message.
