Re-installing TOAW III

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before. My old PC died on me and I am trying to re-install TOAW III on my new PC. I have the serial number but it is still asking me to contact Matrix tech support and will not re-install. I downloaded TOAW and so I do not have the CD. (I am also running VISTA if that matters). Please help, thanks.

One more thing, I am inputing the serial numbers correctly with the dashes.

I'd suggest posting on the tech support board. This is more of a Matrix question than a TOAW III one. I doubt there's anyone around here who can help.
