Important Patch for OOB 70 (German) for ENH 2009

Somewhere along the line, Some units in the German OOB have gotten their prices screwed up
sorry this was not noticed before now.

to use, simply extract the file somewhere, then use the 'add' function if you use winrar as your zip program, or drag and drop into your existing 2009 mod file.
You manual installers simply will extract to your SPWAW Main folder.
at some point today I will be uploading new full mod and update files with correct stuff in them. they are doing maintenence and upgrades on the site at the moment
