How many forces or units can be made per side? Thanks

2,000 units, 400 formations, per side.

Thank you. Makes my pet porject of a battalion level western front undoable. Hope TOAW 4 is upsized a bit.

Great you've made my day. It's even worse thought, from the spanish border to the northern Denmark requires 560 hexs at 2.5 k per hex. Westernmost France to Berlin is even worse.
