Modern Tactics

I can not figure out the scenario editor, I need help. I do as the directions say and I can not get past the window saying I need 2 locations and 5 deployments.

You need at least 5 tiles for each deployment.

You need to define 6 squares minimum for each platoon for both sides Army and OPFOR.


Only 1 VL is necessary
