Bug or No Bug

Post by Yogi the Great »

Got the game, enjoy it But,

I'm tired of the repetition, playing Germans, battle ends due to American Morale and retreat says I took over entire area, then I get to fight the same battle over and over instead of being able to move to new areas. It's like a one day offensive and then defense as usually it says Americans's attack before each battle or battle continues.

Also, early in the game, first and second days the Americans on full offensive with lareg numbers of tanks?

I guess I don't get it or some sort of bug is not allowing the game to advance.

You had better explain the process you go through to play the game.

You need to disable a morale ending when you start the campaign.

Thanks, I was wondering about that and just started a campaign without it. Quite often the battles would end before I could actually take the last spot or two because of morale, although it did say and show map that I had all positions taken.

As for the process from other post, just simple playing 15 day campaign as Axis, did have the morale ending activated, as I thought that might sped things up a bit.

The morale ending used to be hardcoded in CCIV. It may seem odd, but it kinda makes sense to me - there are two battalions and there isn't even a whole company on the map. So, the whole battalion fights a big battle in parts.
