TOAW III re-install

Hi all, sorry if this has been asked before. My old PC died on me and I am trying to re-install TOAW III on my new PC. I have the serial number but it is still asking me to contact Matrix tech support and will not re-install. I downloaded TOAW and so I do not have the CD. (I am also running VISTA if that matters). Please help, thanks.

Try running the game in administrator mode. That may clear it up.

If it gave you a code number like "code 202" or some such bring that up when you contact Matrix.

I reinstalled it recently from a backup disk I made when I bought the game online. It works fine.I wrote the serial number on the CD.I simply had copied the installer to the CD.

On the other hand, I can't find my disk for Across the Dneper, and I either lost it when I moved or never made a backup and lost it when I changed computers recently.

I realized that I was trying to install starting with the patch as opposed to the original executable game program file.  It works fine now.  Thanks for your help.
