2 bugs!

After beating the Polish in the first battle of a german long campaign in September 1939, i go to upgrade my armored car to a pzkmpf IIIe and IT'S NOT THERE! only armored car and light tanks are shown (all other units are present too) Where are the Med tanks at?

Also I am still getting civilian (unranked) leaders replacing ranked leaders that got killed in the battle!

Anyone else experiencing this also or is it just me??

Do you have the latest version { 4.x | x > 1 }?

These sound like bugs from the 4.0 version, at least I had the civilian leadership problem then, but haven't seen it in the new patch.

I have v4.2, I have uninstalled the game and made a clean install starting with v1.0, then v2.1, 2.3, 4.0, 4.1 and finally 4.2

Could someone help me on this issue or am I out of luck??
