Multiplayer mode, since the screen "Battlegroup" the button "Next" is unavailable

My problem is when we are three players or more at the network, when we arrive on the screen "battlegroup" it's impossible to start the game because one of the players has this button "next" dimmed… and for the host player too, but this is normal because the button is active when all players have activated their button "Next"
This problem does not occur all the time, but almost always when the players "OPFOR" are the majority.
When the players "ARMY" are the majority, we can play...
