Which country?

Let me know which country, an I'll look for updated ones. But if it's only in certain scenarios then the scenarios would have to fixed and not the OOB. The OOB stay consistent for all scenarios/campaign etc unless the designer altered for historical purposes.

Soviet T-34 m42

Post by Supervisor »

I just looked at the SU T-34 m42 and it has as it weapons #1(main) 76.2mm F-34imp #2: 7.62mm DT CMG #4: 7.62mm DT BMG I think you viewed it too quickly and misread the 76.2mm as a 7.62mm. Just a thought

It's probably due to OOB changes. Lots of vehicles were changed in the later versions - and probably some weapon slots, too.

There's not much else to do than open the scenario in the SPWAW scen. editor, then manually change the T-34 m.42 to another unit (the m.42 was NOT uparmoured in earlier versions, so in order to conserve balance you might want to change it to its closest 7.1 relative - the T-34 m.43.

There is also the possibility that the unit is mixed up completely - in that case it could have been an armoured car originally, for example. (explaining the MG)

It's all a question of OOB slots being changed around in later versions.

Don't change your oob to accommodate the scenario - this was a common problem due to the evolution of oobs. I altered several of the the scenarios I knew about with this problem.

Anyway, if you change the oobs, then all of the "correct" scenarios, pbem, online, etc will be messed up.

Redleg is right, don't change the OOBs. Change the scenarios (I hope it didn't sound like I suggested OOBs to be changed)
