Speed Turns

It would be nice if two things could be implemented:
  1. Be able to view the Combat Events text (the display on the lower left of the screen during combat resolution) like you can the Combat Reports Screen.
  2. Be able to shut off The Combat Summary (displayed after each battle) like you can shut off the Combat Animations.

    There are times that I just want to set my instructions and go grab a sandwich, or take a bio (ahem) break and just view everything that happened the previous turn.

    Hey, sometimes I want to watch the carnage, but sometimes, I need to multi-task...

press F8 should turn the combat summaries off, but then you wont be able to view the combat results the following turn at least that has been my expierience

Yes, I know, and that's what I DON'T want.

Sometimes I WANT to see only the summaries.
