Support Methodology Glitch?

Just wondering, has anyone else opened a ticket with "support" and later got a reply stating nothing more (including following the link trail) then "problem is resolved"? This is quite (actually, a lot more then quite) irritating. There really isn't a good place to post a question like this so I chose here since I've been most active in this area of late.
