Duplicate order...

Hi,

I ordered a downloadable version over the weekend but I thought it failed as I got an error (Error Number: 30030083 - 0) so I tried again using my paypal account rather than my CC. This one errored out too, but I noticed the money came out of my account, then 3 hours later I received two sets of download instructions.

I downloaded the first order, but am now trying to get a refund for the second. The whole support process (I'm in the UK) has been frustrating to say the least, as I either get bounced messages (custserv@digitalriver.com) which I was originally directed to email or automated responses (webhelp@digitalriver.com and service@digitalriver.com) telling me to click on the "request refund" option which does not exist on the support page. The email says to reply if there's no refund option, but I've had no response in 2 days.

Can anyone help please?
