Does Kharkov support multiplayer games (e.g. a 4 player game) with a replay function for the enemy turn?

We are currently trying to play Battles in Normandy with 4 players and the replay feature is badly missed there (it only works there for 2 player e-mail and hotseat games)

No it doesn't, just support for 2 players.

Why don't you post a request for such a feature over at Run5?
 
The multiplayer PBEM games have attracted a lot of attention there in the past and it would be a nice addition to the game system.
