WITP Download ~ Error Message 12 MATRIX SUPPORT PLEASE ASSIST

Numerous attempts have been made at contacting the digitalriver tech support and no
replies have been received.

My CD copy of WITP has become lost and it is wished to use the extended download service to acquire the http version. This has been tried a number of times to no avail and now the *error message 12* has appeared.

I have several important documents locked up in my safe including my cd (archival quality) of WITP.

The digital download option has been purchased at the same time as the physical copy.

iirc, if it has been over 1 year since you originally purchased the game, you must contact Matrix with your original credit card number, and/or game serial number... and no, they don't look here in this forum, so you have to email them directly.
