Question on Cheat Message

When I opened a turn in a game just know I got the friendly message that this regime had been "screwing around" with logfiles.
As I am not sure where this comes from. Might it be possible that a switch of system time zone on my laptop which I did caused this as the time information is written in the file description?
Anybody experienced this before?

I think that this kind of cheating message may occurs when players are not playing the same version of the game. Usually, when all players have upgraded the game with all patches, this cheating message disappear.

Or the "cheating" player plays on different machines.
Or he reinstalled the game.

I had it, I was playing on different machines. It's nothing to be concerned with, even if your opponents suspect you .
