Could use a little help with downloading

I have recently purchased the game and have dowloaded the file three times. All three times the file seems to download fine (maybe a little longer than I would expect) but I cannot unzip the file. Each time I try I get the following message. I am able to download and unzip the Hired Guns update.

HiredGuns-SetupRelease-107000DR.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

Are you still having a problem downloading the game?

It seems the file is definitely being corrupted during download. We generally suggest deleting previous downloads, clearing browser cache, installing a single-stream download manager like www.stardownloader.com and trying again. Please try this and let me know if it works.

I'm having the exact same problem and the use of stardownloader only results in a 0kb file that has nothing in it.
