There's not much going on here. IJA has a division and some artillery at Tarakan; there's probably a couple regiments at Butuan as well. No recent activity.

Balikpakan is being fortified at a feverish pace, but I still only have 137 assault value there. I need to ship 2-3 regiments there - but that will cost me 1200 political points - and I am very low on those.
